Xo Alyssa SERVICE POLICIES Thank you for considering VIVID Skin Studio for your skin care needs! In order to be respectful of the Studio’s time as well as yours & all our other guests, we have created this Service Policy. By booking at Vivid Skin Studio, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Service Policy. This Policy is not all-encompassing and may be changed at any time. We appreciate your understanding! New Guests: To start off your skincare journey with us, all new visitors are required to book a consultation facial during their initial appointment. This step is essential because it enables your esthetician to learn about your skin and conduct a thorough analysis of your skincare routine so that they can recommend the most suitable treatment plan and products for your specific needs and objectives. Tag Alongs: A max of 1 visitor may accompany a guest who is receiving treatment. Accommodations may be made, but are not guaranteed, for larger parties. Please email vividsknn@gmail.com to inquire. Children: For safety reasons, children are not permitted in the studio unless they are getting a service with a parent there. We realize finding childcare can be tough, so it's important to plan ahead for your appointment. Please arrange for childcare during your scheduled time to ensure a smooth and safe experience for everyone involved. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. Children under 18 who are receiving services must have a parent/guardian accompany them to their services. 48 Hour Retainer Fee: When booking appointments online or in person that require a deposit, please be aware of the 48-hour retainer fee policy. This means that you must pay the deposit within 48 hours to secure your appointment. All deposits are Nonrefundable Failure to do so may result in your appointment being canceled. Clients who choose not to pay the deposit within the specified time frame will have their appointments automatically canceled. Payment Method On File: All appointments must have a payment method on file to secure against no-shows or late changes after the 24 hour cut off per our Late Change Policy below. Late Change Policy: Guests who cancel and/or reschedule within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment start time will be charged a fee to the payment method on file. Late Change Fees are non-transferrable and non-refundable. No-Show Policy: All no-shows will be charged 40% of the service to the payment method on file. Repeat offenders will be invited to seek their skin care services elsewhere. Grace period: We understand that unexpected things happen sometimes. You have a 15-minute grace period for your appointments. No extra charge will be applied if you are up to 15 minutes late. However, after the 15-minute mark, your appointment will be rescheduled automatically. Please plan accordingly to avoid any inconvenience After 20minutes: We kindly ask our guests to arrive on time for their appointments, as we strive to provide the best service possible. If a guest is more than 20 minutes late, we will need to reschedule their appointment to ensure all our customers receive the attention they deserve. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a smooth schedule for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation. If you arrive late for a quick service, like a facial or waxing that lasts less than 60 minutes, we kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment. This helps us ensure that each guest receives the full attention and service they deserve. Your punctuality and our schedule are important for providing you with the best experience. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following this policy. Thank you for helping us maintain our high standards of service. Declined Payments: If the payment method on file declines any fees, no future appointments may be booked until the fee is paid. If a fee is owed, the payment method on file will continue to be charged until a positive payment authorization is received. Repeat offenders will be invited to seek their skin care services elsewhere. Payments: At Vivid Skin Studio, we accept all major credit cards as well as cash as forms of payment. It is important to note that payment for services and products is required at the time of your appointment. The most convenient way to settle your payment is by charging the payment method we have on file, however, we are flexible and will accommodate your preferred payment method. Gratuity: When you’d like to show appreciation for your service, giving a gratuity is a thoughtful gesture. It's not mandatory, but it is always well-received. You can give gratuities in cash, or if that's not convenient, you can also use cards or a Cash app. Thank you for your kindness and generosity!

Cancellation Policy

We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. VIVID Skin Studio has a 40% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
